Teacher Assistant (TA) Program

Have you always wanted to be the teacher's pet?

We are currently interviewing for new TA positions for the July - December 2011 calendar! It takes a lot of people to make the studio run smoothly, and we're looking for hard working, enthusiastic people. We would love for you to contact us to be considered for the next semester of classes.

Here's how it works: As a TA, you show up 1 hour early (to help with set up & other duties) and help during class with whatever might be needed, sell supplies after the class, and then stay 1-1.5 hours afterwards to help clean up. The entire class fee will be waived and you only pay the materials fee (optional, if you want to take home the finished products).

You must have taken at least one class with The Nova Studio prior to TAing classes, and that they are willing to follow all our procedures, which are outlined in the materials given to TAs when they are assigned their first class. The more classes you've taken, however, the better your chances of being chosen to TA a given class.
