You’ll never look at your business the same again!

How to Run a Successful Bath & Body Business

You probably already know that owning and running a bath and body business is not for the faint of heart. You need a fire in your belly, resistance to failure (because it will come knocking at one point or another), undying enthusiasm for your products and business, and a driving passion.

From running effective day-to-day operations to outsourcing, Marla will cover the essentials of running a successful bath and body business. Come learn insider secrets to growing a viable company.

Wonder what makes the difference between a so-so bath and body company and one that is prosperous? You’ll learn to work smarter, not harder to take your business to the next level.

Stand Out, Sell Out: Powerful Branding to Build Sales

How strong and how effective is your company brand? We’ll discuss why branding is imperative to a successful business. Marla will show you how to make your customers and potential customers to see you as the only solution to their needs.

We’ll take a look at several case studies of bath and body companies with effective branding campaigns. Then we’ll apply what we’ve discussed to customize an approach specifically-tailored for your company.

In this session you’ll develop a clear company message, confirm your credibility, connect emotionally to your customers, motivate your buyers and increase customer loyalty, and much more.

Internet Marketing: How To Grow Online Sales Without Spending a Dime

The Beauty of High Profit Margin Products

Do you know the margins on your products or are you selling yourself short? Do you offer a complementary family of products that have a high profit margin? Profit margins are one of the most important factors in running a successful bath and body business

This session will enlighten you on how to compete on value, not price. We’ll take a look at what one of the largest handmade soap companies in the U.S. did to add increased profitability to its bottom line.
You’ll gain a thorough understanding of how to price or re-adjust the prices on your products for profitable wholesale and retail sales.

Hands-on High Profit Workshop: Natural Home Fragrances

Natural home fragrances – made with essential oils - are just one of the high-profit markets you can easily add to your product line. Marla will review industry trends, products, and untapped growth potential in this exciting market segment.

In this hands-on session students will custom-blend four fragrant products: 1 home fragrance reed diffuser, 1 car aromatherapy refresher, 1 pillow pack of fragranced sea salt crystals and 1 aromatherapy spray. Price points will be discussed as well as beautiful packaging options. Students will receive recipes and a valuable supplier list.

Raising the Bar High on Retail Sales

You’re heading into the fourth quarter – the highest revenue producing three months of the year. Are you positioned for effective retail sales? If increasing overall sales is one of your goals, this session will give you clear directions on how to improve upon your current tactics.

We’ll discuss in-depth how to increase your average sales prices on your website and at retail shows. Marla will share nearly 30 years of tried-and-true retail selling techniques you’ll look forward to implementing.

If confident selling is one of your weaknesses, or if you’re open to new suggestions, you’ll leave this session with a new passion for sales.

Successful and Profitable Wholesaling & Trade Shows

What a session to end a bootcamp! Marla brings years of retailing experience and offers insights into what makes retailers fall in love with a product line. We’ll cover sell sheets, terms and conditions, introductory offers to boost initial sales and gain new customers, retail displays, UPC codes, and much more.

Get ready to take lots of notes as you learn many effective wholesaling secrets – from running an effective wholesale trade show campaign to approaching retailers to carry your line. You’ll learn how to set up your internet marketing so that retailers find you easily through the internet.

Marla will share her tips on tapping into large retailers such as Whole Foods and how landing one significant account can take your business to a new level.
