“Debbie is very personable and I was glad to have her as an instructor. The class flowed really smoothly. This is the least rushed I have felt in any class. Debbie has really good ideas for melt and pour soap. Creative projects completed in a short time span. This class was especially good for holiday, themes, parties, children, etc. I have a renewed interest in M&P. Overall good class and Debbie is an engaging instructor.” - Beatrice Carlisle

We have taken ALL the classes she has offered at The Nova Studio and we absolutely love them. Her instructions are easy to follow… plus her energy and teaching techniques are always positive and encouraging. The reward, of course, is soap that our friends and family love! Each one of her projects is imaginative and fun to make. We are glad we got started.” - Esther & David

“I liked the novelty aspect of the class (SoapyLove Sweet Treats). Really nice soap treats to give as gifts. Good info on coloring soap i.e. comparing to real food items to get realistic colors. Over all I really enjoyed the class and novelty items. Great gifts. Very realistic looking & smelling products. I liked the size and amount of items we were able to make and take home. I would highly recommend this class to friends, crafters, teachers, and anyone with children. Exceeded my expectations. “Really liked having Debbie for a teacher-she’s incredibly creative. Artistic M&P was a full day class. We had plenty of time to play/draw/create which is very important. Debbie is obviously very creative and has experimented with melt and pour and made a fantastic 'portfolio' of products. She taught a variety of techniques and styles, kept tools and clutter to a minimum, and kept it simple with colors and scents, etc. Debbie shared a lot of information and ideas as well as good tips and tricks. The techniques she used were easy to follow and look great even for a non-'artist' like me and beginners who have no clue what’s going on. Debbie opened my eyes to a whole new design approach.” - Anonymous
“Debbie has a great knowledge of melt and pour. The class pace was not rushed. Debbie also talked about other techniques. It helped that the soap was melted ahead of time and Debbie poured it. The handouts were very good.” - Anonymous
